However, the NCSU GPAs are calculated to be three decimal points. i.e: if the normal calculation is A+ = 4.333 for NCSU, we use 4.33, another is A = 4.000 which we used 4.00. Then when it comes to A- = 3.667, we used 3.67.

2. Input Your Credits Hour
Then you can input the value of earned credit hours for each course. For example, if you have earned A+ in a 4-credit hour course, then Input 4 in the box next to the course name.
Typically, at North Carolina State University, the number of credits is 3 or 4, you can also use a weighted GPA calculator for a more accurate calculation.

How is NCSU GPA calculated?
The NCSU GPA is calculated by adding up all the grade points you have earned and dividing by the total amount of credit hours earned.
To convert your NCSU GPA, (grade point average) on a 4-point scale. you need to know your top grade which is an A+ and it equals 4.33.
The overall GPA is calculated by averaging the scores of all your classes, which is the standard scale at most colleges, and many high schools.
How To Calculate your NCSU Cumulative GPA
To calculate your NCSU CGPA for all your semesters, you need to click on the +Add Semester button. And repeat the whole process again.
The semester GPA would keep updating at the bottom as you keep adding your grade and Credit Unit, while the CGPA will keep updating on the overall GPA box.
